It’s Beginning to Look Like Spring

it's beginning to look like spring - jodi ralstonToday the sun was warm and bright, and the grass was greening.  Winter is for hibernating, but days like this make me feel like doing something.

Or rather, not doing anything while soaking up something other than artificial light.  Not even the dogs wanted to come in from their outdoor lounging.  But I had a late afternoon hair appointment, so I herded the dogs in and put the book away.

What the difference an hour or so makes.  The nip was back in the air, but I toughed out an hour or so.  Lady bugs and flies and grass that looks like grass do not make spring.

Yet.

But soon.
